That usually means your payment didn't reach our system. When you pay for chips with your phone, your payment first goes through Paymentwall, which we do not have any control over. You may need to contact them to see why your payment failed. As an extra note, if you're not in the Netherlands, or a close-by country, you may always experience issues ordering chips by phone.
Most likely, the concern is where you live, not your phone. Some regions and countries may not be serviceable for Fortumo, Paymentwall, or SMS payments. In this case, you may need to pay using a non-phone method.
If you're donating in sums of $100+ (80+ Euros) through Paymentwall, you may be getting checked because your payment is a high amount. We cannot do anything about this, as it's on Paymentwall's side to prevent fraud by purchasers. This situation happens on all websites that use Paymentwall.

The rate of speed in which you receive chips depends on the country of origin of the server plus the method of payment. Mushmoot FlyFF is hosted on servers in the Netherlands and Germany, which are slow regarding money transfer and regulation for certain payment types.
No. Only 1 vote per 24 hours counts on the list and on other top sites listings. Top sites have an efficient anti-proxy system, so if you vote with a changed I.P., your vote still does not actually count.

Yes. We know many players do this (on Mushmoot and on other pServers), but since it doesn't help with Mushmoot's ranking, it does no good for the server. Glitching the system includes any method applied to vote under the same name, or changing the player name plus changing your I.P., to do so. You may be temporarily banned and then permanently banned if you continue to glitch the vote system.
There are different kinds of game master, only a selected few of them have trading authority. This is GM policy.
GMs are not allowed to interfere with player gameplay in any way. This includes tanking Masquerpets for players.
GMs may not spawn significant Masquerpets for players outside of Invasion Events. GMs are free to spawn small, inonsquential Masquerpets if they choose to do so. Pressing a GM to spawn a Masquerpet is an offense and you may be temporarily banned.
GMs are not all-knowledgeable, may not assist players with most things, and reserve the right not to provide specific answers, advice, or suggestions to players if they so choose. This is to protect the GM from possible negative effect or reaction by the player(s) if the GMs advice or suggestion produces a negative result or circumstance.
Report the incident to Gaseline in the Help/Support forum or through Discord. He will contact you, schedule a time in game to meet with you, and will exchange your item. They may ask for you to PM them your account name and purchase date.
Items disappearing in bags are a glitch the GMs are aware of. Log out and log in. Some items disappear in extra bags then reappear when you log in. If your item does not appear, ensure you have taken screen shots of the item before you put it in the bag, and after when it disappeared. Produce the screen shots in the Help/Support forum or Discord and Gaseline will contact you to solve the problem. If you do not have screen shots of the item, the GMs may not be able to recover it. Please have proof the item existed.

This usually means the download was corrupt, or was not fully downloaded. Try another mirror and ensure the game finishes downloading. Changing your computer account privileges to Administrator or logging in as the Administrator on your computer will not correct this problem.
This means there is a server-side connection problem with Mushmoot connecting to the game database that is affecting everyone, not only you. When this happens, be assured the GMs are fixing the connection.
Click on Flyff.exe, not Neuz.exe, and Mushmoot will load.
Your firewall or AntiVirus program may be blocking Mushmoot. You may need to add the game to the exceptions list. Resetting your settings in the Patcher screen to Default may fix the problem too. If your firewall is off and you don't have an AntiVirus program, please post in the Help/Support forum or Discord and a GM will assist you. You may also want to check the minimal requirements information.
On the Patcher screen, select the Options button. Check the box to the left of "MSAA (Turn off if you have black screen issues)". If the black screen persists after this, please post your problem in the Help/Support forum or Discord and a GM will assist you.

Uninstall and re-download Mushmoot FlyFF. Ensure your AntiVirus, Anti-Spam, popup-blocker and your Firewall are not blocking Mushmoot. This error usually refers to a patching problem.
You need to turn Internet Explorer back to Online Mode from Offline Mode. This is under FILE > WORK OFFLINE. Uncheck WORK OFFLINE.
You need to add flyff.exe to your firewall's exceptions list. If Mushmoot FlyFF is already there, remove the game from the list and re-add it, as flyff.exe may have changed after a patch, and your firewall has detected the change in checksum.
This means the Flyff client is unable to reach the patch server. You need to add flyff.exe to the exception list of your firewall. If it is already there, remove flyff.exe and re-add it again. Also turn off any antivirus, anti-spyware, anti-adware, spam-blocker, or ad-blocker that may be blocking the client from making a network connection.
Please make sure you are using an Administrator computer account to run Mushmoot and that it's the same account which you used to install Mushmoot. Your account must have read/write access to the gala-net/gpotato folder and all its sub-folders.
The patch server may be overloaded if you see this message. Retry your attempt to run the patch program. You may have to wait a few minutes for when the patcher is less busy.
Insufficient privileges. You will need to log in as the computer Administrator, or grant Administration privileges of flyff.exe to your account.
This usually occurs when there are a lot of connections trying to patch FlyFF at the same time. This may also occur if you're having firewall or internet problems. Wait a few minutes before trying to run the patcher again, or restart your computer and then try to run the patcher.
This means there has been file corruption in the installation path preventing new patches from being uncompressed and applied successfully. If the corruption is in the temporary download folder (C:\Windows\Temp), a removal of all temporary internet files and windows temp files, followed by a reboot, will fix the issue. If the corruption is within one of the game folders, so that the corruption has created a hidden, but not over-writeable file, then a complete uninstall and reinstall of Mushmoot FlyFF is required.
Reinstall Mushmoot FlyFF because the FlyFF you installed is not working properly. First uninstall Mushmoot FlyFF, and then grant your computer account with Administration or Power User privileges. Download and re-install Mushmoot. A privileged user account is needed to install and play the game.
